MEPAP Course and Independent Study Course

ACTIVE AND PHYSICAL PROGRAMMING IDEAS

Summertime is an active time.
We are drawn outdoors to enjoy the warm sun and summer breezes.

However, keeping our seniors active is a challenge, as many feel they are "too old" for exercise programs. Combining the summer season with active activities can put a new "spin" on movement programs. Take advantage of your outdoor areas and conduct your next active game or exercise program outdoors!
