Behavior
- Whose Problem is it?
This in-service would be appropriate for the interdisciplinary
team as well as the activity department. It is an introductory
look at understanding behavior, what causes behavior and
basic strategies to address behavioral symptoms. Content of
inservice uses self-reflection to demonstrate root causes of
behavior. Helping skills focus on routines, a balanced program,
accepting the elder and consistency.

inservice.
