Course
Requirements : Take the provided pretest, read the book "Sailing
to Your Success" by Marge Knoth, take the provided post test
and complete the self-reflection worksheet.
You may mail or fax your materials to DH Special Services. Once
the materials are received and a passing grade of 70 is determined,
your certificate will be mailed to you. If you are in need of
the certificate sooner,
a copy can be faxed to you and the original mailed.
Course
Content: The reading and the worksheet will guide the activity
professional through key points that are necessary for the successful
career activity professional. Through the reading and self reflection,
the student will be able to validate current skills, develop new
skills and overcome the daily struggles of being an activity professional.
Ms. Knoth has an easy writing style which leaves one feeling as
if they are having a friendly conversation with a professional
peer.
